- Luxauto.Lu is a website with adverts for new and used vehicles and accessories.
- By registering on Luxauto.lu, the user acknowledges and accepts the general conditions outlined below.
- General Conditions of sale for professionals
- 1. Luxauto.Lu lets users display their adverts on the site and browse the offers already displayed from its database.
- 2.
Professional adverts go online automatically after the image(s) attached to the ad have been processed. Each professional advert does online no later than 24 hours.
- 3. For all adverts inserted on Luxauto.Lu, the first photo is free of charge. We allow three further photos, at charge. The photo accompanying the advert goes online after the advert itself due to time required for cropping etc.
- 4. Each "professional" user can insert an unlimited number of vehicles on Luxauto.lu in line with the general conditions of sale.
- 5. To advertise on Luxauto.lu, all professional advertisers must be partners of Luxauto. All you need for this is a professional account, by registering via https://prov2.luxauto.lu. When we have processed your request, the access codes (login and password) will be sent, letting you manage your professional account. This makes it possible for you to insert adverts for new and used vehicles and accessories.
- 6. The invoices and statements of adverts placed on Luxauto are sent at the end of each month or the start of the following month and are payable on receipt.
- 7. For all information concerning your tariffs, please e-mail the customer service department at the following address: pub@luxauto.lu.
- 8. Each user agrees that the data he/she provides may be stored in the database of Luxauto.Lu and displayed on the Luxauto.Lu site. Data introduced and indexed as "masked" will not be displayed in the adverts.
- 9. Luxauto.Lu reserves the right to limit or reject the insertion of adverts in its database without further discussion.
- 10. The insertion of data on Luxauto.lu means display for a minimum eight weeks (except where the advert is deleted by the advertiser, following a sale).
- 11. Users have a wide scope of options to delete or modify an advert using the functions of the site.
- 12. The database compiled by Luxauto.Lu, the address and site remain the exclusive property of the company Accessit Luxembourg s.a r.l., which is responsible for the technical administration, operation, editing and moderation of the same.
- 13. Luxauto.Lu provides no guarantee in terms of results to the user.
- 14. Luxauto.Lu reserves the right to check the personal data of each user and reject, where applicable, the insertion of data into its database. For abuse or incorrect data which may harm third parties, Luxauto.lu reserves the right to exclude the person(s) and/or company(ies) concerned from using its services.
- 15. Each user is responsible ensuring the data inserted into the database of Luxauto.Lu is both truthful and lawful. Luxauto cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for any errors made by the seller during the introduction of data or the sales price.
- 16. Luxauto.lu offers no formal or informal guarantee regarding the content of adverts provided by its users and Luxauto.lu rejects assumption of any liabilities or contingent liabilities.
- 17. Personal user data are not stored for any purposes other than to facilitate the commercial and accounting services of Accessit Luxembourg s.a r.l. Any individual or professional user can view and modify his/her personal contact data at any time or request their deletion from the database of Luxauto.Lu.
